| Physical Description | Halanans are humanoid, the men average 1.7m in height, so Pampo is taller than most. He is stocky, but overall fit. He is usually dressed in bombastic garb, or high fashion, and has an endless replicator wardrobe. He has Dark hair with white flecks, deeply indigo eyes, and a short haircut. He doesn't usually sport facial hair but can decide randomly to have a beard or goatee, is willing to change anything like a hat. An easy smile, but mighty frame gives him the air of casual menace if he wants to. Halanans also have their mental projection, in this case, "HOB" who is the projection form of Pampo. HOB will always be a copy of whatever form Pampo has taken that day, but rode hard and put up wet. HOB is also taller and wider, with sapient thought all on his own whenever he is manifested. It is not a casual process to project HOB, and renders Pampo catatonic. |

| Other Family | Prolly a few kids he doesn't realize he left behind in his travels. Halanans marry for life, but some only enjoy bonding periods where a child is to be produced. This creates misunderstandings as he is seen by some as promiscuous, but his cultural people simply do not mate for life. Once the kids are grown, the bonding may or may not end. |

| Personal History | New Halana is so called as the Old Halana sent a fourth of their population in an attempt to correct their societies overpopulation issues. New Halana was terraformed by a Federation scientist in an experimental procedure in cooperation with the Halanan government. Pampo grew up in the crowded streets of Halana, became a colonist politically and was a pivotal part of the planning and orchestration of the migration. On New Halana, a paradise awaited, with all the modern tech and trapping rpvoded by an over eager Federation desiring to fast track this method of terraforming and resettling. Pampo worked for Starfleet, washed out of the academy but was tapped by diplomatic corps. A gift gofr gab and the ability to distract whole continents with his oratory and presence, the intelligence outfits that worked around him saw great success. Assigned to high profile cases, it went well for a few years until a disastrous mission almost got Pampo killed. HOB saved the day, and the Diplomatic Corps shared with Starfleet Intelligence a useful asset for HOB as a near perfect spy. A gangbuster career striking deals paralleled missions where HOB would be manifested and as invisible and untraceable as can be, would sneak around and do spy stuff. Pampo has had too many close calls and the nerves are getting to him. He wants to retire from the missions, and settle into a life as a Gentleman spy in a useful place. The Student panel ruled against dismissal, determining the grades were suffering from lack of serious focus, diversions into recreational ends, and he might have better luck outside of the Starfleet arena, but still in service. Re-evaluation and diversion into Diplomacy proved different standards were more telling for his ability.
