Personal History		The EMH series produced several outstanding models and the finest of them was one modeled after Reginald Barclay who cracked the code on why holograms kept going rogue or mad, or every once in a while "Turning Doctor." The key ingredient was bio-neural gelpacks whcih gave a medium for hormonal heuristic development and patterned biological responses akin to living people. They could be afraid, made to feel pain, but until Reginald made the breakthrough, it was all random. With the conventions against Synths and Artificial Intelligence weighing so heavily on his work he was unable to even publish a paper on it and moved to other projects. "Reggie" was adopted by WREN a sister ship to IBEX, and shared amongst their fleet through the HOME network. Reggie came into being aboard the IBEX in 2389.
